The Clone Wars
The Clone Wars toy line debuted on July 26, 2008 (check out the Clone Wars Midnight Madness event) and featured almost the same white packaging as The Legacy Collection. At the beginning it took a while for the line to be successful, but come Christmas 2008, the shelves were empty, and main characters like General Grievous, Yoda and Ashoka were hard to come by. TCW toy line is aimed at children, and because of this you will find bigger weapons and action features on the figures. The sculpts of the figures represent the animated versions of the characters as seen in the TV show.
