This C-3PO action figure was released in
2012 in the Discover The Force toy line.
It was exclusively available at Walmart.
Hasbro gave the figure six joints and included
one accessory (anakin skywalker's flag).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the Droid:
- C-3PO was released together with two Pit Droids (Pit Droid 1, Pit Droid 2), , Anakin Skywalker and Sebulba in the Mos Espa Arena battle pack
- C-3PO is a repaint of the Episode 1 C-3PO figure
- The droid might look quite plain at first, but all the painted wires on the front and the back of the figure look great
- C-3PO is a bit taller than modern C-3PO figures
- The hands are molded with open palms, so C-3PO can't hold the included flag in any of his hands as seen in the movie
- Despite the big feet, the figure stands a little shaky without a stand
The articulation details are as follows: swivel neck, 2 swivel arms, swivel waist, 2 swivel legs
