This Fode And Beed action figure was released in
1999 in the Episode I Collection.
Hasbro gave the figure ten points of articulation and included
no accessories.
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the figure:
- The figure was packed-in together with Jabba The Hutt
- Fode and Beed's heads are on the wrong necks compared with the movie
- The figure can be balanced out OK (the movable tail can help with that)
- The vest is not removable
- The paint application looks nice on the head sculpts, but it feels very simple on the rest of the figure
- The one year later released Fode and Beed figure is superior to this version in every way
The articulation details are as follows: 3 swivel necks, 4 swivel arms, 2 swivel legs, 1 swivel tail

The annual Boonta Eve podrace at Mos Espa is perhaps the most exciting, action packed sporting event in the galaxy.
Completing a time-honored race ritual, crime lord Jabba the Hutt bites the head off a chuba and spits it at the traditional gong.
The podracers are off! While a two-headed announcer narrates the play-by-play, a young Podracer named Anakin Skywalker
races towards his destiny.
