This Hoth Rebel Trooper action figure was released in
2011 in The Vintage Collection.
It was exclusively available at Target.
Hasbro gave the figure 14 points of articulation and included
four accessories (blaster rifle, blaster, removable hat with scarf, backpack).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the figure:
- This Rebel Commander figure was available in a 3-pack titled "Rebel Set" as a Target exclusive in 2011
- The other two figures in this set were the 2-1B Medical Droid and Princess Leia Hoth
- The Rebel Commander is a re-release of the 2010 "Defense Of Hoth" ultra battle pack Hoth Rebel Trooper figure
- The Rebel Trooper's backpack plugs nicely into a hole in the back of the figure
- The hat/cap is a tight fit, and you will need to pop the head off if you want to remove it
- The goggles are part of the hat and not removable
- There are no balancing issues
- The blaster fits well into the holster and into both hands
- The blaster rifle is a good fit as well for both hands
The articulation details are as follows: ball-jointed neck, 2 ball-jointed shoulders, 2 ball-jointed elbows, 2 swivel forearms, swivel waist, 2 swivel legs, 2 ball-jointed knees, 2 ball-jointed ankles
