This Owen Lars action figure was released in
1997 in the Power Of The Force 2 Collection.
Hasbro gave the figure six joints and included
no accessories.
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the figure:
- Uncle Owen was part of a 3-pack Cinema Scene titled "Purchase Of The Droids"
- The other two figures in this set were Luke Skywalker and C-3PO
- Uncle Owen's plastic cape is removable
- The figure stands quite well without a stand
- Kenner gave the figure a very awkward pose, especially with the right hand being a fist (who is he going to punch?)
The articulation details are as follows: swivel neck, 2 swivel arms, swivel waist, 2 swivel legs

Under attack by an Imperial Star Destroyer, protocol droid C-3PO and his partner R2-D2 safely escaped a battered Rebel capital ship and landed on the desert planet of Tatooine.
