This Republic Trooper action figure was released in
2012 in The Vintage Collection.
It was exclusively available at Online Stores.
Hasbro gave the figure 14 points of articulation and included
seven accessories (helmet, blaster, knife, holster, laser cannon, shoulder pauldron, ammunition pouch).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the figure:
- These Republic Troopers can be seen in the video game "The Old Republic"
- The head sculpt seems to be based on Republic Trooper "Jace Malcom", including the scar running down on the right side of the head
- The non-removable holster on the left side of the waist can hold the blaster well
- The holster for the knife on the right side of the waist is removable, and the knife fits into it nicely
- The Republic Trooper can hold all weapons very well in both hands, even the big laser cannon
- The figure has no balancing problems
- The helmet fits very well over the head and covers it nicely
- The shield on the helmet is not removable
- The shoulder pauldron is a good fit and easily removable
- The ammunition pouch on the shoulder pauldron strap is removable
- There is a hole in the back of the figure, but there is no accessory included which can be plugged into it
- With so many accessories, weapons and removable parts, this figure is the ideal army builder figure
- This super articulated figure is truly impressive!
The articulation details are as follows: ball-jointed neck, 2 ball-jointed shoulders, 2 ball-jointed elbows, 2 swivel wrists, ball-jointed waist, 2 swivel legs, 2 ball-jointed knees, 2 ball-jointed ankles
