This Super Battle Droid action figure was released in
2012 in the Movie Heroes toy line.
Hasbro gave the figure four joints and included
three accessories (red blast effect, interchangable right arm with projectile).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the Droid:
- This Super Battle Droid is a slight repaint of the 2005 ROTS Super Battle Droid figure
- The right arm can easily be exchanged with the second right arm
- The droid's leg stance is predefined (no articulation in the knees or ankles)
- The blast effect attaches nicely to the front of the right arm
- The sculpt captures the likeness of the Super Battle Droid well, however, if you are looking for a more detailed and articluated version, please have a look at the Super Battle Droid from the Vintage Collection
The articulation details are as follows: 2 swivel arms, 2 swivel legs
