This Jar Jar Binks action figure was released in
2012 in The Vintage Collection.
Hasbro gave the figure 15 points of articulation and included
two accessories (staff, atlatl).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the figure:
- Jar Jar Binks was released in 2012 in the "Lost Line" look and in the Vintage Collection
-
Aesthetically, the figure looks fantastic with great character likeness
-
The vest is not removable
-
The atlatl weapon fits well into both hands
-
The staff fits only very loosely into the hands
-
Jar Jar stands OK by himself, but for more dynamic poses you will require a stand
-
The ankles are ball-jointed, but because of the short feet, it doesn't help much to balance the figure out better
-
The paint application is overall done quite well, unfortunately the shoulder joints have a different color from the arms
-
As of 2012, this version of Jar Jar Binks is among the best versions of this character so far
The articulation details are as follows: ball-jointed head, ball-jointed neck, 2 ball-jointed shoulders, 2 ball-jointed elbows, 2 swivel wrists, swivel waist, 2 swivel legs, 2 ball-jointed knees, 2 ball-jointed ankles
