This Davish Krail action figure was released in
2012 in the Movie Heroes toy line.
It was exclusively available at Toys'R'Us.
Hasbro gave the figure 14 points of articulation and included
two accessories (blaster, helmet).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the figure:
- Y-Wing Pilot Davish Krail was released in August 2012 as part of a 5 pack titled "Yavin Pilot Pack"
- The other figures in this set were Jek Porkins, R5-D8, Tiree and Tie Fighter Pilot Mauler Mithel
- Davish Krail can be seen flying a Y-Wing Fighter during the battle of Yavin
- The figure's chest box is permanently attached, but the cable running from it can be unplugged from the flight suit
- Davish Krail stands well without a stand
- The head is sculpted nicely
- The helmet covers the entire head, and it doesn't feel too short in the back as seen on some other pilot figures
- The included blaster is too small for the figure to hold properly (it works, just not well)
- Hasbro re-used parts from previous Luke Skywalker figures, that's why there is a hole in the belt where a lightsaber hilt could be plugged in
The articulation details are as follows: ball-jointed neck, 2 ball-jointed shoulders, 2 ball-jointed elbows, 2 swivel forearms, ball-jointed waist, 2 swivel legs, 2 ball-jointed knees, 2 ball-jointed ankles
