This C-3PO action figure was released in
1997 in the Power Of The Force 2 Collection.
Hasbro gave the figure five joints and included
no accessories.
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the Droid:
- C-3PO was part of a 3-pack Cinema Scene titled "Purchase Of The Droids"
- The other two figures in this set were Uncle Owen and Luke Skywalker
- What makes this figure stand out from other released C-3PO figures is the paint application, which is nicely done with lots of dirt on the droid
- 3PO can't hold anything in his hands
- There are no removable parts on the droid
- The figure stands well without help from a stand
The articulation details are as follows: swivel neck, 2 swivel arms, 2 swivel legs

Under attack by an Imperial Star Destroyer, protocol droid C-3PO and his partner R2-D2 safely escaped a battered Rebel capital ship and landed on the desert planet of Tatooine. Soon after, the droids were abducted by scavenging Jawas and sold to Owen Lars for use on his desert moisture farm. Luke Skywalker, nephew of Owen and a Tatooine youth, remained unaware that his uncle's purchase of C-3PO and R2-D2 was to help launch one of the most pivotal destinies the galaxy had ever known...his own.
