This Scorch action figure was released in
2006 in The Saga Collection.
Hasbro gave the figure ten points of articulation and included
five accessories (blaster, backpack, cannister, stand, random holographic figure).
Here is what we noticed when we took a closer look at the Clone Trooper:
- Scorch (Republic Commando) was released individually carded
The figure's backpack plugs nicely into a hole in the back of the figure
The helmet is not removable
The right thigh has a hole in it where the cannister (rocket pack?) can be plugged in
Scorch's blaster is a good fit for both hands
Scorch stands well on display without needing help from the included stand
The articulation details are as follows: ball-jointed neck, 2 swivel arms, 2 ball-jointed elbows, 2 swivel wrists, ball-jointed waist, 2 swivel legs
When the battle begins on Geonosis, clone trooper Scorch is ordered to engage the Separatist droid army. Scorch's Delta number is Six-Two, but he is well known for his humorous mishaps. Although he is a competent soldier and an excellent explosives technician, "Scorch" earned his nickname after an ordnance accident that left him without eyebrows for a short time.
