This Darth Sidious (Palpatine) action figure was released in
2005 in the Revenge Of The Sith Collection.
It was exclusively available at Toys'R'Us.
Hasbro gave the figure eight joints and included
four accessories (translucent lightsaber, removable hood, fore effect, sith lightning).
