Obi-Wan Kenobi's 'Revenge Of The Sith' Lightsaber

This limited edition lightsaber is an exact replica of the Obi-Wan Kenobi lightsaber as seen in 'Revenge Of The Sith'. Master Replicas released this saber in 2005 with a limited edition size of 4,500. The saber came with an acrylic display case, a cleaning cloth, a plaque, and a certificate of authenticity. This saber is #3638 and retailed at a MSRP of $369.00.

In this climatic Star Wars movie, Obi-Wan Kenobi is armed with a new lightsaber - built when he ascended to the Jedi Council. Since this new weapon represents the one used by Obi-Wan in Star Wars: A New Hope, the prop department referenced available archive materials and machined a similar looking hilt in aluminum, with brass and resin details.

Personal Opinion

This lightsaber is one of my favorite pieces among all the other lightsabers in my collection. It's extremely shiny, and the display case gives it museum like quality. It's also one of those sabers which had a lot of screen time, and was used by Obi-Wan Kenobi not only to confront Count Dooku and destroy General Grievous, but also fight Anakin Skywalker on Mustafar.
